We are currently looking for a skilled AI Agent Engineer to be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously tackling intricate tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting autonomous systems that possess the capability to reason, strategize, and execute actions for addressing real-world challenges.

Responsibilities

• Devise and deploy AI agent architectures that possess the ability to comprehend user requests, analyze complex problems, and execute multi-step plans.
• Create frameworks for AI agents to engage with a variety of tools, APIs, and services.
• Establish mechanisms for promoting effective collaboration between humans and AI, including mechanisms for clarification, feedback, and guidance.
• Enhance agent performance in terms of reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation systems to evaluate agent performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate agents into products and workflows.
• Keep abreast of the latest advances and research in AI agent technology.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Possess over 3 years of experience in constructing AI/ML systems, focusing on autonomous agents.
• Demonstrate solid programming skills, especially in Python and Golang.
• Have prior experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
• Exhibit knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
• Understand reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems.
• Familiarity with the tools, APIs, and infrastructure essential for agent deployment.
• Experience in workflow orchestration and system design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive background in developing production-grade AI agents that function in real-world environments.
• Knowledge in cognitive architectures or symbolic reasoning systems.
• Understanding of safety and alignment techniques for AI agents.
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
• Familiarity with autonomous agent evaluation frameworks.
• Contributions to open-source agent projects or research.
• Recognition for accomplishments in ACM, NOI, and other algorithm competitions.
