We are currently looking for a skilled AI Agent Engineer to be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing intelligent AI agents capable of autonomously tackling intricate tasks. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting autonomous systems that possess the capability to reason, strategize, and execute actions for addressing real-world challenges.
Responsibilities
- Devise and deploy AI agent architectures that possess the ability to comprehend user requests, analyze complex problems, and execute multi-step plans.
- Create frameworks for AI agents to engage with a variety of tools, APIs, and services.
- Establish mechanisms for promoting effective collaboration between humans and AI, including mechanisms for clarification, feedback, and guidance.
- Enhance agent performance in terms of reliability, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation systems to evaluate agent performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate agents into products and workflows.
- Keep abreast of the latest advances and research in AI agent technology.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Possess over 3 years of experience in constructing AI/ML systems, focusing on autonomous agents.
- Demonstrate solid programming skills, especially in Python and Golang.
- Have prior experience with large language models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering.
- Exhibit knowledge of agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
- Understand reinforcement learning, planning algorithms, and decision-making systems.
- Familiarity with the tools, APIs, and infrastructure essential for agent deployment.
- Experience in workflow orchestration and system design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Extensive background in developing production-grade AI agents that function in real-world environments.
- Knowledge in cognitive architectures or symbolic reasoning systems.
