Responsibilities and Expectations

As a Qualified Accounting Professional (ACA/ACCA), you will hold a key position in a rapidly expanding SaaS finance/accounting leadership role. Duties include evaluating existing processes, reviewing procedures, and redesigning or implementing new accounting processes where needed.

You will oversee all accounting operations and compliance, managing global close processes, revenue recognition, general ledger activities, and consolidations spanning jurisdictions such as Brazil and India.

Responsibilities involve supervising international entities, complying with transfer pricing arrangements, overseeing worldwide treasury functions, and managing areas like Sales Tax, Global Tax optimization initiatives, PFIC/CFC analyses, and R&D tax credits.

Explore and suggest technology solutions to establish scalable and efficient accounting processes, enhancing operations for both employees and customers.

Engage in benchmarking activities and collaborate with industry peers to standardize accounting methodologies, systems, policies, and processes. Additionally, build, recruit, and mentor a top-tier accounting team.

Interact with senior executives and board members on financial matters as required, assisting the CFO in presenting reports to stakeholders.

Provide recommendations for performance benchmarks in evaluating company operations and contribute to developing and enhancing global equity/stock plans in partnership with legal and finance functions.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s marketing and growth strategy to align with overall business objectives.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive, multi-channel marketing plan encompassing digital marketing, PR, content creation, SEO/SEM, social media, and offline campaigns.
