About the Opportunity:

This is a unique and highly impactful role in one of the fastest-growing global cryptocurrency exchanges. As a KYC Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing customer onboarding cases and ensuring compliance with AML policies and regulations. You will play a vital role in identifying potential money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud-related activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer onboarding cases, ensuring consistent application of AML policies and customer risk assessment.
• Verify AML documentation by reviewing KYC documents obtained from customers and utilizing validation tools and reputable sources.
• Request appropriate documentation to complete the AML onboarding process in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow up on pending requests, meeting relevant SLAs.
• Investigate matches generated by the scanning application used to screen customers against sanctions, PEPs, and adverse media news.
• Provide management with information on AML/CDD issues.
• Maintain a high-quality service level, addressing customer queries professionally and escalating when necessary.
• Support the enhancement of the CDD function and maintain procedures.
• Manage specific projects as needed.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or finance-related discipline.
• Two or more years of experience in AML and CDD/EDD reviews.
• Strong team player with the ability to deliver a quality service.
• Excellent communication and writing skills with great attention to detail.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
