Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VIP and Product teams to devise data-based strategies for client acquisition and retention.
• Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.
• Apply data analytics to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and growth areas within the institutional segment.
• Assist in creating and refining tools that enhance the trading experience for institutional clients.
• Monitor and assess key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to institutional growth consistently.
• Engage regularly with clients to grasp their needs and uphold business target objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research to comprehend the competitive landscape and changing client demands.
• Use data insights to identify potential market/client segments and emerging opportunities in the institutional sector.

Required Qualifications

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in the Banking or Fintech industry.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in communication through writing, presentations, and interpersonal interactions.
• Mandatory fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly valued.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration skills, and project management capability within a cross-functional team setup.
