About the Opportunity
The service stability engineering team at OKX focuses on ensuring the stability of our products through innovative risk management approaches and proactive governance strategies. By identifying and addressing potential stability risks preemptively, the team enhances user experience and fosters service sustainability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify system vulnerabilities and enhance end-to-end performance and stability of company products
- Accumulate best practices during fault emergency response and review processes
- Continuously explore new technologies, tools, and architectural models to enhance system stability and development
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or related field, with over 8 years of R&D and architecture experience
- Proficiency in Java and springcloud microservice technology
- Strong understanding of computer fundamentals, Linux, storage, network IO principles
- Experience in high-concurrency distributed systems, DDD domain-driven design
- Familiarity with middleware technologies like nginx, redis, elasticsearch, MySQL, Kafka, K8S, and Docker
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and architectural expertise
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred for collaboration across regions
- Experience in service governance, stability guarantee, architecture optimization, and chaos engineering preferred
