Our Cloud Infrastructure Engineering team plays a pivotal role in advancing our engineering capabilities. The team's primary focus is on developing tools and infrastructure that proactively detect production failures to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated individual to drive forward innovative infrastructure solutions that will significantly enhance the stability and scalability of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and design projects utilizing AWS products.
- Maintain and configure AWS products and services, overseeing daily maintenance tasks within the AWS cloud environment.
- Use Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource provisioning.
- Prepare documentation related to AWS Cloud operations and maintenance, and establish maintenance specifications.
- Monitor company services, respond promptly to alerts to maintain service stability and uptime.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields, along with over 6 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar roles.
- Proficiency in managing AWS distributed systems, clustering, fault tolerance, backup procedures, and load balancing technologies.
- Strong understanding of high availability architecture, capacity planning, and adept at resolving complex issues.
- Solid skills in Linux platform operation, maintenance, and debugging, with expertise in troubleshooting, performance analysis, and configuration tuning.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes (k8s) for container management, and hands-on experience with deploying and optimizing AWS core products like EC2, EKS, VPC, and big data technologies.
- Expertise in microservices architecture, including deployment, scaling, and maintenance practices.
- Proven experience in monitoring, operations, and management of large-scale AWS servers and containers.
- Knowledge of internet company architecture, with proficiency in nginx, redis, MySQL, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and other configurations.
- Experienced in deploying, configuring, and maintaining software like Nginx and Kong.
- Proficient in Python and Shell scripting for development purposes.
- Strong engineering abilities, adept in at least one area of operations and maintenance, public cloud networking, SRE, DevOps, or cloud-native technologies.
- Skilled in using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate cloud resource management.
- Excellent analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a self-driven attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Familiarity with managing Alibaba Cloud, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud providers.

Salary Statement
The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $280,000 depending on various factors. Performance bonuses and long-term incentives may also be included in the compensation package, along with a range of medical, financial, and other benefits tailored to the position.
