About the Role
As our integration tooling team expands, we are seeking experienced software engineers to join and take on a technical leadership role. You will be responsible for roadmap, design, and planning activities in collaboration with all stakeholders. Mentoring and providing guidance to the engineering team will also be a part of your role.
Your Impact
- Take ownership of large components of the toolchain that supports Chainlink Labs infrastructure and smart contract management, guiding strategic roadmap decisions.
- Merge various frameworks supporting different blockchains into a unified experience, an exciting and ambitious undertaking.
- Collaborate with blockchain integrations, engineering operations, and security teams to ensure efficient and secure execution of core workflows.
- Set high standards for code quality, architecture, and system designs to create a reliable and secure product.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of professional engineering experience in collaborative product-driven environments, with expertise in Golang or Typescript.
- Extensive experience in supporting and leading engineering teams, including tooling and productivity innovation.
- Proven track record in translating complex product requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Experience in managing multi-month projects, communicating progress, dependencies, and risk mitigation across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and find solutions to ambiguous technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to give and receive constructive feedback and actively participate in planning and code review meetings.

- Experience working with internationally diverse teams across different time zones.
