Responsibilities
- Design, create, and maintain scalable APIs for complex products.
- Manage and develop large-scale, reliable data pipelines.
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code following best practices like TDD and code reviews.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural reviews, and product roadmap planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for engineering best practices.

Requirements
Mandatory Skills:
- Over 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proficient in Rust and/or Ruby and Rails.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building APIs and large-scale data systems.
- Enthusiasm for writing high-quality code and utilizing modern development practices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative, distributed teams.
