Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented designer to contribute to the enhancement and evolution of our design system. As a systems designer at OKX, you will play a crucial role in enabling designers across the organization to create cohesive, accessible, and high-quality experiences for our customers. By developing and evolving our multi-platform design system, you will empower designers to deliver exceptional visual and interaction design through evaluative research, prototyping, and pixel-perfect mockups. You will also be responsible for creating documentation and designing new components that enhance our visual and interaction patterns across different user touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Lead and evolve our design system by designing intuitive and robust components, refining and documenting them
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a world-class and global design system
Design micro interactions, transitions, and animations for product touchpoints
Design icons, components, and asset libraries, with thorough documentation
Promote and support systems thinking within the organization, driving consistent, high-quality craft in collaboration with designers
Design for scalability across our entire ecosystem, focusing on systems rather than one-off solutions
Collaborate closely with design, brand, and product leaders to shape the product strategy and vision, creating visual design principles to align with the brand expression
Solicit feedback from peers and stakeholders, facilitating design reviews and workshops to improve design quality
Stay updated on industry and design trends related to branded product experiences
Work closely with engineering to build robust, stateful components
Deliver work that positively reflects your team and the company's brand
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of relevant industry experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design, with a focus on design systems and data visualizations
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with designing for multiple platforms and responsive design
Experience building design systems and components using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer
Proficiency in web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and Google's Material Design
Experience using data to inform and measure design impact
Results-driven and adaptable to changes
Ability to mentor other designers in IxD, Design Systems, and patterns
Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred, as this role requires interaction with Chinese speaking stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience designing for fintech, investment platforms, or crypto products

Assistant Manager (Demand and Supply Planning)
Key Responsibilities
Oversee demand and supply planning involving airlines, suppliers, and brands.
Manage relationships with key suppliers, track production plan adherence, and ensure timely deliveries.
Support new projects, launches, and rotation changes with product order schedules.
Monitor product availability, identify potential shortages or excess stock risks, and lead supply issue resolution.
Manage supply planning processes to develop effective supply plans and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Define and adjust target stock levels for products or airlines to meet service level expectations.
Identify and address slow-moving stock to prevent recurrence.
Provide input for inventory projections used in budgeting.
Lead continuous improvement of planning processes and tools to enhance efficiency, mitigate losses, and achieve cost savings.
Qualifications

Proficient in data analysis with strong attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of sales strategy and brand positioning.
Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and Vlookups.
Advanced knowledge of digital and BI tools, with experience in Power BI being a plus.

Proficiency in Rust or C/C++ and have experience building system level, performance critical software
