Job Summary:

The focus will revolve around corporate and/or business recruitment within various sectors like Customer Service, Compliance, and Operations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the main aim is to attract, secure, and retain top talent while cultivating a robust talent pool and fostering strong relationships with business partners. This is a full-time fixed-term remote contract role for 6 months, with potential extension possibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end recruitment activities for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, facilitating hiring processes, and negotiating offers.
- Ensure a stellar candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continually.
