Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months contract)

Job Summary:

Global blockchain leader, Binance, renowned for the largest cryptocurrency exchange globally, seeks a skilled Recruiter for their expanding team. The focus will revolve around corporate and/or business recruitment within various sectors like Customer Service, Compliance, and Operations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, the main aim is to attract, secure, and retain top talent while cultivating a robust talent pool and fostering strong relationships with business partners. This is a full-time fixed-term remote contract role for 6 months, with potential extension possibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end recruitment activities for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, facilitating hiring processes, and negotiating offers.
• Ensure a stellar candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continually.
• Engage in HR projects and initiatives while managing recruitment databases effectively.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of high-quality talent through various methods, such as networking, engagement with universities, attendance at job fairs, and maintaining contact with potential candidates for future roles.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in top-tier Internet companies or agencies.
• Desired experience in hiring business/corporate talent for Web3/Crypto firms.
• Proficiency in English to liaise with international partners and stakeholders; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Proficient in modern recruitment strategies and techniques.
• Market mapping experience across global or Asian markets.
• Demonstrated success in meeting demanding recruitment targets.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Favorable attitude towards the cryptocurrency industry.
