Talent Acquisition Specialist (12 months contract)
Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem associated with the largest cryptocurrency exchange, seeks a proficient Recruiter to support their global growth. This position will primarily cater to corporate and business hiring needs, focusing on functions such as customer service, compliance, and operations. The main responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist involve ensuring the attraction, retention, and hiring of top talent, fostering a robust talent pipeline, and forging close relationships with business partners. This is a full-time remote contract role for a fixed term of 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences right from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process continuously.
- Engage in various HR initiatives and projects.
- Maintain organized recruiting databases and ensure timely data management.
- Build and sustain a pool of high-quality candidates using diverse methods like networking, university outreach, and attending job fairs.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within reputable Internet firms or agencies.
- Prior experience in talent acquisition for business sectors like Web3/Crypto is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication with global stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Expertise in contemporary sourcing and selection techniques.
- Experience in market mapping for international recruitment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting ambitious hiring targets.
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consultation abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines promptly.
- Self-reliant with a positive attitude towards cryptocurrency.
