Roles & Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and hiring managers in the Compliance Ops/Global Business Services departments, acting as a Subject Matter Expert for the APAC talent market.
Develop creative strategies to attract top talent and nurture a strong pipeline for Compliance Ops/Global Business Services roles.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Champion the internal and external promotion of our Employer Brand.
Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis for the designated portfolios.
Qualifications
Proven specialization in direct sourcing and headhunting for Compliance Ops/Global Business Services positions, demonstrating ownership of requisitions from start to finish.
Demonstrated ability to proactively take the lead, achieve objectives, and manage multiple demands across various sales teams and projects.
Strong analytic capabilities to evaluate critical hiring metrics, suggest practical solutions to enhance the candidate experience, and elevate pipeline quality.
Proficiency in English and business-level Mandarin, as collaboration with global, including Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, is integral to the role.
Exceptional teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with an aptitude for thriving in a multicultural work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfort working within a matrixed organizational structure, collaborating on cross-functional projects to achieve broader hiring and company objectives.
