We are in search of a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, with a focus on recruiting for business functions. The ideal candidate should possess a rich recruiting background in business and operations roles. In this role, you will be pivotal in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent to drive our expansion in these dynamic and rapidly evolving markets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for business roles, with emphasis on financial product teams like futures, derivatives, and quantitative areas.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to grasp hiring needs, role specifications, and team dynamics.
- Source, screen, and connect with top-tier candidates through diverse channels such as direct recruitment, networking, and industry gatherings.
- Cultivate and manage a robust talent pipeline for specialized financial positions.
- Coordinate interview procedures, offer prompt feedback, and facilitate negotiation processes.
- Ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment phase.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with organizational objectives.
- Keep abreast of market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscape within financial products and trading sectors.
- Maintain precise recruitment data and produce reports tracking recruitment metrics to enhance processes.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Possess over 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally in financial services or fintech industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for specialized financial roles.
- Solid comprehension of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly desirable.
- Proficient in sourcing methods and familiar with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management proficiencies.
- Able to work independently, juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in global market recruitment.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory aspects in financial recruitment.
- Acquaintance with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
