We are in search of a skilled Recruiter to contribute to our worldwide growth.

The primary focus of this role will involve corporate and/or business recruitment efforts (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Operations).

Key responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist include ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top-tier employees, cultivating a strong talent pipeline, and fostering close relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process for open positions, including sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring stages, and negotiating offers
• Deliver a memorable candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to enhance the hiring procedures continually
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives
• Maintain recruiting databases in an organized and timely manner
• Establish and nurture a sustainable pipeline of high-quality talent through various strategies like community networking, university outreach, local job fair attendance, and maintaining contact with potential candidates for future roles

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in renowned Internet companies or agencies
• Prior experience in Business/Corporate Talent hiring, especially in Web3/Crypto companies, is advantageous
• Proficiency in English is essential for collaborating with international partners; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• Proficient in modern sourcing and selection techniques
• Experience in Market Mapping for global or Asian markets
• Proven track record of meeting ambitious hiring targets
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Independent work approach
• Positive attitude towards cryptocurrency
