Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the business owner and product director to plan a yearly roadmap strategy.
• Work with the architecture team to incorporate new partners and technologies into the Ledger stack.
• Ensure security compliance of integrations by engaging with the Donjon team.
• Translate product requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Uphold a high standard of software quality across the entire stack under your purview.
• Cultivate relationships with partners and support their integration with oversight from Technical Integration Manager and relevant Tech leads.
• Drive standardization of the platform to streamline partner and new protocol integrations.
• Align partner and internal roadmaps to expedite time-to-market.
• Advocate for best practices and mentor team members as required.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in React, Vercel, Next, and experience with Scala or JS/TS.
• 2+ years of experience in managing/leading technical teams.
• Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment solutions.
• Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology is a valuable asset.
• A keen enthusiasm for collaborative work, learning, and teaching opportunities such as meet-ups, hackathons, and training programs.
