Technical Analyst, Bulgaria

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the CS team in delivering projects.
• Provide technical support during application delivery.
• Follow project schedules and ensure the delivery of acceptable solutions.
• Support the CS team in client software installations and pre-live testing.
• Communicate regularly with the CS Project Manager and Application Analyst to update them on assignment progress.
• Escalate issues to the Application Analyst promptly for appropriate action.
• Hand over application and system knowledge to other support functions effectively.
• Provide support during the initial live operation phase.
• Manage software releases, including creating and testing releases and planning related activities.
• Resolve customer support queries after a release.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Previous experience in a similar position is a plus.
• Reasonable understanding of the company's business, technical, financial, and organizational structure.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Act with integrity, initiative, perseverance, discretion, and respect for others.
• Interest in fintech and services.
• Excellent computer literacy.
