Description
Our client, a dynamic platform startup in the creator marketing sector, is seeking a Technical Product Manager to assume core product leadership responsibilities. This role involves overseeing day-to-day product execution, managing the roadmap, and leading releases, with a focus on hands-on development, UI/UX enhancements, and providing regular progress reports.
You will collaborate closely with the CTO and founders, spearheading MVP experiments, automating workflows, testing products for affiliates and creators, and constructing progress reports that influence the company's trajectory.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver weekly product dashboards and updates on milestones for leadership and investors.
- Monitor and communicate risks, insights, and next steps across teams.
- Quickly develop prototypes and MVP features using low/no-code tools.
- Launch functional solutions to facilitate growth and validate demand before full engineering efforts.
- Design, test, and refine essential consumer flows and run beta programs to enhance user experience.
- Shape roadmaps, epics, and user stories to bolster automation and collaborate with technical teams on decisions and integrations.
- Translate TikTok behaviors into product features, validate Product-Market Fit (PMF) signals through metrics, and build workflows to support affiliate and brand expansion.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate 3–5 years of product management experience in startup or consumer app environments.
- Possess strong UI/UX skills to prototype, test, and enhance user experiences.
- Display proficiency in working with various tools and adept at handling manual and automated workflows.
- Experience with TikTok product development is advantageous.
- Manage agile development with a weekly cadence and provide detailed weekly updates.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively remotely, with flexibility to travel to the Indonesia HQ when necessary.

Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
