Key Responsibilities

  • Good understanding of software development roles and basic technical concepts
  • Experience working in recruitment agencies or fast-paced hiring environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with ATS or structured tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international or remote hiring processes
  • Background working with staffing agencies or outsourcing companies
