Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming counterparty settlement requests within specified timelines and serve as a primary contact for select counterparties. Keep track of trade operation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Trading Desk, Product, and Customer Success teams to meet client expectations effectively.
- Ensure seamless reconciliation of trades, transfers, and inventory across various internal and external systems.
- Monitor daily inventory requirements for settlement, lending, and borrowing activities, and communicate directly with Treasury Management.
- Provide insights to compliance and risk teams for implementing effective controls in response to regulatory changes.
- Adhere to established trade operations processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with Accounting to ensure timely provision of trade and settlement data.
- Conduct reconciliations between internal and external systems, address discrepancies, and enhance reconciliation processes for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a trading firm, hedge fund, or Investment Bank.
- Excellent self-management skills with a preference for organizing work using checklists and tracking progress.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Interest in becoming well-versed in digital assets like Bitcoin and Ethereum.
This role will involve gaining a comprehensive understanding of cryptocurrency trade operations and institutional trading lifecycle.
