Trading Java Developer

The Quant Trading team oversees trading and risk management for various crypto products, such as spots and derivatives. The team creates and executes trading strategies in dynamic and intricate trading environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and implement trading platform/data platform components.
• Collaborate closely with traders, operations, and developers to enhance existing models/algorithms/strategies and create new ones.
• Contribute to code audits, testing, and releases.
• Establish an automated system with continuous integration and delivery.
• Identify and address backend infrastructure and platform issues.
• Analyze and resolve cross-stack challenges.
• Partner with different teams to automate and streamline trading, reconciliation, and analytics workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java programming.
• Ideally experienced in developing trading applications for Equity, FX, or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets.
• Proficient in test-driven development with experience in automated testing.
• Strong attention to detail, a drive to improve processes, and accountability for tasks.
• Willingness to tackle challenges, learn continuously, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid grasp of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Knowledge or experience in finance/trading is advantageous.
