Trading Support Specialist - VIP & Institutional (MENA)

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is looking for a dedicated individual to join the VIP & Institutional Team. This team offers digital asset solutions to VIP clients and institutions worldwide, catering to a diverse array of market players in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Binance's high-value customers and institutions, providing them with exceptional support across various products.
• Offer prompt and dedicated support through different communication channels to VIP and institutional clients.
• Assist VIP customers in integrating and utilizing Binance's system effectively, including API usage.
• Act as the frontline support for all account and system-related issues, liaising with internal teams on behalf of VIP clients.
• Gather customer feedback and lead projects to implement necessary product changes.
• Keep customers informed about system and product updates to ensure they are aware of significant changes in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in client/trading desk support within the financial services sector.
• Profound knowledge of trading platforms, exchanges, trading orders, and execution processes.
• Ability to nurture client relationships and support client growth and business development.
• Familiarity with crypto derivative trading products is essential.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues under pressure.
• Strong communication skills to facilitate effective cross-departmental communication.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory for coordination with global partners.
• Experience in API trading is an advantage.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is a plus.
• Knowledge of derivative and other trading products, like futures, is beneficial.
