The Finance Team
The Finance team is dedicated to ensuring the financial health and responsible operation of Chainlink Labs. Focused on efficiency and scalability, we strategically manage capital resources, analyze key performance indicators, collaborate with various teams, and uphold compliance and accountability standards.
Chainlink Labs is in search of a visionary Treasury professional to join our team. As a vital member of the Treasury department, you will lead the development, management, and expansion of our Treasury operations, exploring innovative approaches in digital asset treasury management. Working collaboratively across teams, you will contribute to advancing financial innovation in the blockchain industry, shaping the future of finance and supporting the success of Chainlink Labs.
This position is open to applicants worldwide with a requirement to align working hours with Eastern European Time (EET) and Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Objectives of this role
- Oversight of fiat & crypto assets forecasting and positioning operations
- Establishing observability and performance dashboard for Treasury processes
- Collaborating with Finance and Engineering teams for treasury process enhancement and automation
- Implementation of policies, procedures, and controls for digital assets
- Supporting the launch of new products by evaluating financial risks and managing funding workflows
- Providing regular reports to executive leadership on Treasury operations
- Fostering relationships with banking, exchange, and financial partners
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or engineering
- Proficiency in Web3, Ethereum network transactions, DeFi, cross-chain bridging, and EVM compatible chains
- Experience in collaborating with engineers and technical partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster cross-functional partnerships
- Interest in technology and curiosity about blockchain advancements
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or economics
- Technical skills and coding experience
All roles with Chainlink Labs are remote and globally based. Applicants are expected to align part of their working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
