Treasury Associate, Data & Automation

The Finance and Accounting (F&A) team encompasses various functions including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Collaboratively, the team enhances global finance initiatives with a focus on detail orientation and multitasking within diverse project scopes.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement automated workflows and solutions to streamline repetitive financial tasks for increased efficiency
• Perform analysis on blockchain and financial data to identify trends supporting strategic decisions
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Engineering, Products to develop or enhance technology-driven financial solutions
• Generate reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python to visualize insights
• Incorporate AI models into business processes, ensuring practical application and measurable outcomes
• Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior leadership, emphasizing business value and strategic alignment

Requirements

• Possess a graduate degree in computer science, finance, economics, or related quantitative fields
• Have 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, automation, or advanced data solutions
• Demonstrate proficiency in ETL processes and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Exhibit strong capabilities in writing complex SQL queries and understanding intricate business data logic
• Possess solid knowledge of financial products and markets
• Familiarity with fintech trends like blockchain, digital payments, and AI in finance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
