Trust Operations Specialist - Weekend Shift

BitGo, a leading infrastructure provider of digital asset solutions specializing in custody, wallets, staking, trading, financing, and settlement, is seeking Trust Operation Specialists to join their team for BitGo Trust Company in Sioux Falls, SD. The selected candidates will be part of a weekend shift team responsible for providing operational coverage during night/early morning hours. Duties entail executing high-volume, intricate, and confidential trust operational activities adhering to company protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Offer operational assistance for customer support related to banking transactions
• Manage the opening and closing of accounts on the trust accounting system
• Conduct daily processing of transactions and data entry tasks
• Carry out system testing and implement enhancements
• Oversee the administration and operational support for all accounts under management
• Respond promptly and accurately to internal and external queries
• Act as a proactive troubleshooter for account-related inquiries to support Trust Operations
• Demonstrate flexibility by assuming additional responsibilities as required by the Trust Management Team

Requirements

• Preferably possess 1-2+ years of operations background or hold a Bachelor's/Advanced Degree with an interest in Financial Services/Cryptocurrency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Attentive to detail and accurate in task execution
• Proficient in organization using tools like emails, spreadsheets, and databases
• Exhibit a high sense of urgency in client services
• Possess analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills
• Prioritize effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team player with sound judgment capacities
• Must be situated in Sioux Falls, SD

The available work hours for these positions (Central Time) are:

• 6pm-4am Sunday-Wednesday
• 5am-5pm Friday-Sunday
• 5pm-5am Thursday-Saturday
