VIP Account Manager
We are in search of a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our expanding VIP Account Management team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of high-value customers using our Main App. Your primary objective will be to provide top-tier service to enhance client satisfaction, maintain customer retention, and drive revenue growth. The core mission of this role is to establish strong, trusted connections with elite clients, assisting them in optimizing their experience through personalized support, insights, and product interaction. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in client management, value performance, and thrive in the fast-paced environment of crypto.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and cultivate relationships with high-value traders, serving as the primary contact and supporter for each client.
- Offer premium support and advice, including proactive outreach and timely response to client inquiries.
- Provide tailored insights, industry knowledge, and platform suggestions to enhance engagement and strengthen client loyalty.
Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Recognize and implement opportunities for cross-selling and upselling that are in line with client requirements and activities.
- Monitor client usage and assets under management to identify expansion possibilities and retention challenges.
- Stimulate product adoption and trading activity by promoting relevant features and tools.
Client Strategy & Collaboration:
- Evaluate client satisfaction via NPS and qualitative feedback channels, leading to continual improvement in service provision.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless client journey and advocate for customer needs internally.
- Contribute to business growth through referrals, network development, and fostering lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in client-facing positions like account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success, preferably in the crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services industries.
- Proven expertise in managing high-value or high-net-worth clients while maintaining impeccable service standards.
- In-depth knowledge of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or a strong willingness to quickly acquire this knowledge).
- Fluency in one or more languages pertinent to the regional market; strong cultural understanding and recognition essential.
- Strong organizational skills, data-driven decision-making approach, and focus on operational performance.
- Confident communicator and trusted advisor with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced, and compliance-oriented environment.
