Description
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our VIP customers. Join our expanding VIP Account Management team and take ownership of a portfolio of high-value clients from our Main App. Your main focus will be to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth through personalized support and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value traders, serving as their main point of contact and advocate.
- Provide top-tier support by being proactive and responsive to clients' needs.
- Offer tailored insights, market intelligence, and platform advice to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling that align with clients' needs.
- Analyze client activity and assets under management to identify growth areas and retention risks.
- Promote product adoption and increase trading activity by highlighting relevant features and tools.
Client Strategy & Collaboration:
- Monitor client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and strive for continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to enhance the overall client experience.
- Contribute to business growth through client referrals, expanding networks, and cultivating strong relationships.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success, preferably in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing high-value or high-net-worth clients with exceptional service standards.
- Strong understanding of crypto markets and trader behaviors, or a strong willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in at least one language relevant to your regional market, with a deep cultural awareness.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and focused on performance metrics.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and compliance-focused environment.
