VIP Account Manager
We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our expanding VIP Account Management team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and results-oriented. Your main responsibility will involve managing a portfolio of high-value customers, providing top-notch service to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. Building strong relationships with VIP clients is key, as you will assist them in maximizing value through tailored support, insights, and product engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Manage and develop relationships with high-value traders, being their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Offer personalized support and guidance, ensuring quick responses to client needs and delivering proactive outreach.
- Provide customized insights, market intelligence, and platform tips to increase engagement and deepen client loyalty.
Performance & Revenue Growth:
- Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling by aligning with client needs and behaviors.
- Monitor client activity and assets under management to identify growth possibilities and retention challenges.
- Boost product adoption and trading frequency by highlighting relevant features and tools.
Client Strategy & Collaboration:
- Monitor client satisfaction via NPS and feedback loops, continuously enhancing service delivery.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance teams to offer a seamless client experience and amplify customer feedback internally.
- Support business growth through referrals, expanding networks, and cultivating strong relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in client-facing roles like account management, relationship management, sales, or customer success, preferably in crypto, fintech, trading, or financial services.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value/HNW clients with outstanding service standards.
- Profound knowledge of crypto markets and trader behaviors (or a strong willingness to rapidly acquire this knowledge).
- Fluency in one or more languages relevant to your regional market is essential; cultural awareness and sensitivity are vital.
- Highly organized, data-driven, and committed to achieving performance targets.
- Skilled communicator and trusted advisor with excellent interpersonal abilities.
