The Role

We seek a proficient Visual Designer to enrich our design team with outstanding skills in craftsmanship, speed, and innovation. This role is pivotal in spearheading our marketing endeavors, particularly across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Design and Social Lead to envision and implement innovative marketing campaigns tailored to our web3 audience.
• Harness our brand identity to develop captivating visuals that foster community engagement and enhance our digital footprint.
• Simplify intricate web3 concepts through visually appealing graphics for easy comprehension.
• Craft a diverse range of digital materials including social media graphics, web assets, and promotional content.
• Maintain swift work pace while upholding exceptional design quality.
• Contribute to experimental design initiatives aimed at creating captivating and immersive experiences for our followers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in visual and brand design with a strong portfolio displaying superior craftsmanship.
• Proficiency in graphic design, particularly in the realm of marketing and social media content.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work promptly.
• Sound knowledge and background in the web3 sphere.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and other relevant tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities essential for working efficiently within a fast-paced team setting.
• Experience in motion design will be advantageous.
• Capable of managing multiple projects effectively and meeting stringent deadlines.
