Your Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Chief Business Officer, you will lead efforts to broaden the adoption and utilization of Circle's stablecoins (USDC and EURC) in both Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems. You will manage a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as market makers, trading institutions, asset managers, and other relevant entities. Work with other Circle leaders to drive growth of Circle-issued stablecoins worldwide through partnerships in OTC, trading, and wholesale distribution channels.
What you will focus on:
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Utilize your extensive experience to outline and execute business deals that boost stablecoin distribution, enabling various use cases such as instant FX, secondary market trading, and institutional settlement credit.
- Management of High-Performing Team: Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and building a top-tier Business Development and Relationship Management team.
- Metrics-driven Pipeline Development: Work cross-functionally to establish a growing pipeline of regional and global partners across different finance ecosystems.
Your Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in capital markets, trading, and investing industries.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales and business development teams.
- Extensive sales experience with Crypto/Web3, Fintech, or technology products.
- Proven track record of scaling business segments and influencing company valuation.
- Proficient in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Strong leadership skills with expertise in employee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Exceptional pipeline management and revenue forecasting skills.
- Passion for building and enhancing company processes to support growth.
Additional Details:
- Position may qualify for day-one PERM sponsorship for suitable candidates.
- Compensation ranges tailored based on diverse factors like experience, skills, and organizational needs.
- Salary Range: $292,500 - $335,000
- Annual Bonus Target: 40%
