Key Responsibilities:

In this role, as part of the executive team reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and utilization of Circle-issued stablecoins like USDC and EURC in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems. Leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will establish and manage strategic partnerships with critical stakeholders, including market makers, trading institutions, asset managers, and more. Working closely with other business and product leaders at Circle, you will focus on meeting growth targets for stablecoin usage globally, ensuring accessibility and cost-effectiveness through partnerships with OTC, trading, and distribution partners.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting market analysis and devising strategies to enhance stablecoin distribution and support various use cases in the financial markets.
  • Building and managing a high-performing Business Development and Relationship Management team.
  • Developing and forecasting a results-driven partnership pipeline in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
