Key Responsibilities:
In this role, as part of the executive team reporting to the Chief Business Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and utilization of Circle-issued stablecoins like USDC and EURC in both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance ecosystems. Leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will establish and manage strategic partnerships with critical stakeholders, including market makers, trading institutions, asset managers, and more. Working closely with other business and product leaders at Circle, you will focus on meeting growth targets for stablecoin usage globally, ensuring accessibility and cost-effectiveness through partnerships with OTC, trading, and distribution partners.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting market analysis and devising strategies to enhance stablecoin distribution and support various use cases in the financial markets.
- Building and managing a high-performing Business Development and Relationship Management team.
- Developing and forecasting a results-driven partnership pipeline in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
What We Look For:
- Over 15 years of experience in capital markets, trading, and investing.
- Extensive background in leading sales and business development teams successfully.
- A track record of selling Crypto/Web3, Fintech, or technology products for over 10 years.
- Proficiency in blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
- Exceptional leadership skills demonstrated through effective team-building and training.
- Strong expertise in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
- Passion for early-stage business development, process improvement, and customer success.

Please note that compensation packages are thoughtfully crafted, considering various factors such as experience, qualifications, and business needs. Benefits include equity, competitive pay ranging from $292,500 - $335,000, annual bonus potential of 40%, and comprehensive health and retirement benefits. As part of the company policy, employees enjoy a flexible vacation entitlement, paid sick leave, and holidays.
