Responsibilities

Working under the Chief Business Officer, you will lead efforts to promote the use of Circle-issued stablecoins like USDC and EURC within both the Crypto Capital Market and Traditional Finance sectors. Leading a global team of Business Development and Relationship Managers, you will forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as market makers, asset managers, and clearinghouses. Collaboration with Circle Business and Product teams will be essential to meet growth objectives for stablecoin adoption worldwide.

Core Duties

  • Utilize market insights to develop and implement commercial agreements that drive stablecoin distribution and support various financial use cases.
  • Manage a high-performance team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
  • Create and forecast a metrics-driven partnership pipeline in collaboration with cross-functional teams across global and regional markets.

Requirements

  • Over 15 years of experience in capital markets, trading, and investment industries.
  • Over 10 years of experience in building and leading successful sales and business development teams.
  • Extensive experience in selling Crypto/Web3, Fintech, or technology products.
  • Track record of scaling businesses to significant transaction volumes and revenue impacts.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and talent management.
  • Proficient in pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
  • Passion for early-stage business development and commitment to process improvement at a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details

This position may qualify for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. Compensation ranges depend on qualifications and relevant experience, with additional factors considered in total compensation packages. The base salary ranges from $292,500 to $335,000, with a target of a 40% annual bonus, equity, and comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
