Job Summary
As the VP of Revenue Operations, your role will be to lead and empower a team focused on optimizing our Go to Market (GTM) functions. You will excel in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with data, and thrive in a highly complex business context. Your passion for scaling businesses will be crucial in this role.
You will collaborate with senior leadership, product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to provide data-driven analytics that will inform strategic business decisions. Your team will design processes and systems to support the GTM team, including sales and marketing, and their top priorities. You will contribute to the commercial strategy of the company, encompassing Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and Deliver. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the wider Operations teams to optimize revenue generation and improve customer retention across the organization.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Take ownership and drive initiatives to increase sales productivity.
- Develop frameworks to address complex business challenges and define strategies.
- Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
- Implement regular reporting of key performance metrics, including forecasting, funnel analysis, and pipeline management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to provide insights from data and recommend solutions to address business issues.
- Manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes in collaboration with Finance.
- Execute projects related to systems, data management, process automation, lead generation, and process and tool implementation.
- Communicate milestones, process changes, and escalations to stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
- Encourage stakeholders to think strategically and explore new concepts that can create a significant impact on the business.
- Create executive-level presentations for business reviews and organize quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum of 12-15 years of relevant work experience in a fast-growing tech startup or B2B SaaS/PaaS company.
- MBA from a top-tier college with Analytics experience OR bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with highly relevant work experience.
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make business decisions based on the context.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills. Thrives in ambiguity and is adept at creative problem-solving.
- Passion for technology and a drive to introduce new concepts, products, and services.
- Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to drive consensus with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary: $200,000 - $270,000 per year
