Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve designated KPIs
• Aid the team lead in implementing structured workflows and guidelines to enhance team efficiency
• Oversee all project stages and ensure team project targets are met within set timelines
• Address wallet issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Assess business requirements, suggest comprehensive solutions, and oversee their implementation
• Analyze user issues and propose appropriate solutions
• Fulfill other tasks assigned by the team leader

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or management consulting
• In-depth knowledge of financial and blockchain trading sectors
• Strong logical reasoning skills, effective communication, self-motivated, and a quick learner
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and ability to perform well under pressure
