Responsibilities
Wallet Management:
Manage exchange wallets daily, overseeing deposits, withdrawals, and blockchain transactions.
Ensure operational uptime of exchange wallets and coordinate network upgrades efficiently.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance:
Monitor alerts, collaborate on incident responses, and implement safeguards for risk prevention.
Regularly review and update risk controls to safeguard the firm and users.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate internal processes to streamline and enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Research industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional & External Collaboration:
Collaborate with Customer Support to address user queries related to wallets.
Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to enhance product offerings and address customer needs.
Interact with external parties like regulators and auditors for necessary compliance certifications.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or related roles.
- Knowledge of blockchain technologies such as EVM, Polkadot, and Cosmos.
- Familiarity with on-chain analysis tools, DeFi protocols, and different wallet infrastructure models.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Proven track record of thriving in dynamic crypto environments, showing passion and initiative.
- Experience in Tradfi and custody operations is advantageous.
