Job Summary

• As a Senior Visual Designer at Morph, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually stunning and engaging designs that communicate our brand’s vision and values. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to create a cohesive and compelling visual identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for blockchain technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for Morph, ensuring consistency across all digital and print mediums.
• Create high-quality designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to design user interfaces (UI) that are visually appealing and enhance user experience (UX).
• Produce engaging graphics, animations, and illustrations that effectively communicate complex blockchain concepts.
• Lead the design process from concept to final execution, including brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and refining designs.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to continually improve design solutions and ensure they meet user needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual design, UI/UX, and blockchain technology.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Solid experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
• Experience working in the blockchain or technology industry is a MUST.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
