AI Visual Search for a 50,000+ product furniture catalog

Client under NDA: online furniture catalog with 50,000+ products, website plus iOS and Android apps. Problem: buyers saw a chair or a mirror somewhere and couldn't describe it in words, so search failed and they left. What we built: search by photo. Snap or upload a picture, the AI finds visually similar products in the catalog. For mirrors and frames you can select just a fragment of the picture. Results: - the right product is found in 99% of test searches by real catalog items - 17,000+ photo searches in the first 3 months - photo search is used in 15.6% of visits - users browse results up to page 8 My role: product owner and tech lead: spec, architecture, team, AI integration, launch on web and mobile.

AI lead radar and inbox assistant (Python + LLM, my own tools)

Two AI automations I built and run every day since November 2026. Lead radar: monitors hundreds of Telegram chats. The LLM picks out messages where someone is looking for a contractor, scores the fit 1-3 and writes a draft reply. Hot leads go straight to a Telegram bot. Daily: 1,000+ messages -> 5-20 candidates -> the few that matter. Inbox assistant: new private messages from two Telegram accounts land in one bot with an AI draft reply. Spam is filtered out. Stack: Python, Telethon, DeepSeek / Claude, Telegram Bot API, scheduled jobs. The same approach works for support inboxes, lead qualification and internal alerts for your business.

E-commerce store audit and redesign concept

Online auto-parts store (name not disclosed). Audit: speed, mobile UX, on-site search, catalog structure, schema markup, PHP errors. Every issue ranked by impact and effort. Redesign concept built on 115 real products from the store: new catalog, filters, product page and mobile version, plus a before/after video walkthrough. Result for the owner: a clear list of what blocks sales and SEO, and a working prototype of the fix instead of a PDF nobody reads. This is the same format as my Store Audit + Video gig.

Laravel catalog: technical SEO, feeds and bug fixes
