MVPL is an emerging NFT company being built by NFT enthusiasts, experts and investors. We are building a project that will rival some of the biggest NFT brands out there today and we are looking for a key part of our team, we are looking for our Community Manager!

As MVPL’s community manager you will be responsible for creating content, managing posts and being our front line of defense for all customer service needs. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals. You will be expected to be up-to-date with the latest NFT projects / news and social media trends. You should have excellent written communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively. Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Qualifications, Expectations and Responsibilities:

• Community is first
• Build, grow and manage our social media presence (Mostly Twitter + Discord)
• Active on Crypto Twitter (Primarily NFT/Twitter spaces) and actively engaging with various topics related to the industry
• ENGAGE ENGAGE ENGAGE! A huge responsibility of this role is to continue to drip content out to our various channels and manage cross promotions from twitter -> discord -> etc.
• Generate, create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
• GROW GROW GROW! You will be responsible for helping GROW our community!
• Identify and engage with various NFT influencers, promoters, and partnerships
• Build and develop content strategy with the help of our existing marketing team
• Host campaigns, giveaways, community contests to continuously engage our members
• Monitor traffic metrics and community growth and engagement
• Client services / support: respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Network and build relationships with other NFT brands and communities with the goal of collaborating with other successful brand 
• Critically think and take actions to provide value to our community based on “cultural moments” that happen in real time. 
• Be accountable for weekly baseline, goal and reach goal reporting requirements. 

Duties Pre-Launch: 

• Create, market, and manage all major social media channels (most importantly Twitter)
• Create, market, and community manage Discord server 
• Twitter Spaces, podcasts, youtube appearances to promote project pre-launch 
• Social media and community strategy and roadmap 
• Promote the MVPL launch including all social media platforms, discords groups, Twitter spaces, podcasts and youtube appearances. 
• Grow our audience and create buzz about the MVPL project 
• Educate the community about our project and answer all questions they have 
• Welcome new members that have joined our project 
• Network with our projects and influencers to help sell out our project 
• Must love Sports + Web3
