Market: Canada to start. Open to wider geos later.
Format: CSV. Fields: full name, email, phone, country, platform involved, scam type, amount-lost band, date-of-loss band, wallet address or transaction ID where available.
Volume: 50–150 to test, scaling on results.
Payment: Per lead. Base rate plus a bonus for specific type of leads
