Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Independent Sales Representative to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a financially rewarding sales career with us. While your primary task will be identifying and acquiring new clients, the nature of the role, being commission-based, means your potential income is directly tied to your effort and success in the role.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential leads within your region
- Make outreach and initiate communication with these leads
- Conduct in-person or virtual meetings to promote Shanghai Jungle's services
- Foster and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- Work alongside the main office for proposal creation and executing the service delivery
Compensation
- This position offers attractive commission-based remuneration. You will receive a commission from the initial sale as well as all future invoices from the customer you bring in.
- The specific commission percent is competitive and will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
- The value of our services ranges from thousands to hundreds of thousands of euros. Given our experience of customers typically staying with us for 5 years or longer, this role can serve as a robust passive income stream once a solid customer base is established.
Requirements
- Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to participate in in-person/virtual meetings with potential leads
- Basic understanding of marketing fields and sales processes
- Nice to have: Knowledge of, or experience, with the Chinese Market is beneficial but not necessary.
