Growth Marketing Manager for Lotex Bot (Google, Telegram, Twitter/X Ads)

We are looking for a data-driven performance marketer to scale user acquisition globally through SEO and paid advertising.

🎯 Responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO strategy (technical, on-page, content, backlink building)
Manage and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube if needed)
Run and optimize Telegram Ads
Manage Twitter (X) Ads campaigns
Set up tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, Pixels, conversion tracking)
Optimize funnel: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
Analyze competitors and growth opportunities
Provide weekly performance reports with insights and scaling plans

📊 Requirements

3+ years experience in performance marketing
Proven track record managing $X+ monthly ad spend
Experience in crypto, fintech, trading, or Web3 projects (preferred)
Strong understanding of conversion funnels & attribution
Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, etc.)
Experience running Telegram Ads is a strong plus
Data-driven mindset (must love numbers)

💰 Compensation

Fixed salary or monthly retainer (based on experience)
Performance bonus based on CPA/ROAS targets
Long-term growth opportunity
