Senior Blockchain Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. You will work closely with our product and backend teams to build scalable and secure blockchain solutions that directly impact our core product.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement robust smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
Lead the architecture of blockchain-based systems, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with frontend and backend engineers to integrate blockchain functionality into our platform.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high standards of code quality and security.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in blockchain technology.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall engineering culture.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience: 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years specifically in blockchain development.
Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in at least one of the following: Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Protocols: Strong understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) or similar blockchain architectures (e.g., Solana, Cosmos).
Standards: Extensive experience with ERC standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) or similar token standards.
Security: Deep knowledge of blockchain security principles, common attack vectors (reentrancy, front-running, etc.), and best practices to mitigate them.
Tools: Experience with Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, or similar development frameworks.
Data: Familiarity with Web3 libraries (ethers.js, web3.js) and graph protocols (The Graph).
Nice to Have
Experience with Layer 2 solutions (Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync).
Knowledge of Zero-Knowledge proofs or cryptography.
Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
