UX/UI & Product Designer for Web3 product
We are looking for a talented and user-focused Product Designer to join our team and design intuitive, engaging experiences for our Web3 products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and blockchain specialists to turn complex Web3 concepts into simple, accessible, and trustworthy user experiences.The ideal candidate combines strong product design fundamentals with an understanding of blockchain, crypto, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, or other Web3 technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and final implementation.
Translate complex blockchain concepts and technical requirements into simple and understandable user experiences.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product requirements and deliver high-quality experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and opportunities.
Establish and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
Use data, user feedback, and product analytics to continuously improve the user experience.
Stay up to date with emerging Web3, blockchain, crypto, and digital asset trends.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
Experience designing web or mobile products with a strong focus on usability and user experience.
Proficiency with tools such as Figma and modern prototyping/design workflows.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to simplify complex workflows and technical concepts into intuitive experiences.
Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
Previous experience designing Web3, crypto, DeFi, NFT, or blockchain products.
Experience with wallet UX and blockchain transaction flows.
Understanding of Ethereum or other blockchain ecosystems.
Familiarity with smart contracts and on-chain interactions.
Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and design systems.
Experience working in an early-stage startup or fast-paced product environment.
