Apple and Google Developer Account Verification

We are SOLUTIONS GLOBAL SOFTWARE LTD, a company headquartered in the United Arab Emirates. We are looking for a representative to assist us with the verification of our Apple and Google developer accounts and potentially work with us further if needed.

What we will need from you:

• A valid government-issued ID and proof of your residential address, with the ability to provide verification if required by Apple or Google.
• A mobile phone number and email address that can be used for the Apple or Google verification process.
• The ability to receive phone calls from Apple or Google, as well as video calls if required.
• Sufficient English language skills to communicate with Apple or Google representatives by phone.
• If required, the ability to sign a contract with our company solely for verification purposes, confirming your relationship with our company.
• If necessary, the ability to provide us with the information listed above so that we can submit it to Apple and Google. We guarantee that your information will be kept secure and used solely for the verification process. Unfortunately, there is no alternative way to complete the verification, as Apple and Google send verification requests to our business email address, and we cannot provide you with access to it for obvious security reasons.
• Willingness to communicate outside the freelance platform if necessary, so that we can stay in touch and respond promptly to any verification requests.
• The first payment will be made strictly through the freelance platform.

How the process works:

In the Apple and Google developer account dashboards, we will enter your personal information — including your full name, phone number, and residential address, as required by Apple and Google.

You will act as our authorized representative for the verification process.

We will then wait for the application to be reviewed. Apple and Google may contact you directly to verify that you are a real person and that you have a legitimate relationship with our company.

Apple or Google may also request additional information or documentation, including the items listed in the “What we will need from you” section above.

If necessary, our company may enter into a contract with you to demonstrate that you are acting as our representative. The contract will not involve any payment obligations or other financial commitments.

Important information:

We are registering the developer accounts as a company, and you will only act as our representative during the verification process.

Your personal information and identity will not be publicly displayed or listed in public sources as part of the developer account.

The verification process may take approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on the review process and the time required for us to prepare all necessary documentation on our side.

Please do not apply if you are not comfortable with these conditions. This will save both you and us time.
