4. Growth Marketing Manager
DoraHacks is in search of a dedicated individual for the role of Growth Marketing Manager in the United States on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the user base, enhancing brand recognition, and driving product adoption worldwide. As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing innovative growth strategies across a range of digital platforms, such as creative advertisements, Google Ads, search engine optimization (SEO), social media, and YouTube ads. Additionally, you will collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers and orchestrate captivating online and offline events to optimize user acquisition and engagement. This position calls for strong analytical capabilities, creativity, and flexibility to excel in a fast-paced startup setting.
Responsibilities
Development and Implementation of Growth Strategies:
Devise and execute holistic user growth strategies with defined objectives and optimized channels.
Employ various advertising methods, Google Ads, SEO techniques, social media platforms, YouTube ads, and influencer collaborations to drive user acquisition and bolster brand recognition.
Management and Enhancement of Marketing Channels:
Oversee and enhance diverse marketing channels, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn, to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).
Customize advertising approaches for distinct user segments and market demands to boost ad conversion rates.
SEO and Content Strategic Planning:
Create and implement SEO strategies aimed at increasing organic website traffic through keyword optimization and content creation, among other strategies.
Formulate content marketing strategies, encompassing blog posts and social media content, to attract potential users and boost engagement levels.
Collaborations with Influencers and Organization of Creative Events:
Collaborate with relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers to amplify brand visibility and foster user acquisition.
Plan and execute innovative online and offline events, such as themed workshops and virtual gatherings, to captivate and engage users while reinforcing brand presence.
Data Analysis and Strategy Refinement:
Utilize analytics tools, like Google Analytics and Mixpanel, to monitor and evaluate channel performance, generate reports, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Engage in A/B testing and user behavior analysis to continually refine marketing strategies and propel user growth.
Collaboration Across Departments:
Foster close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure synchronization between growth strategies and organizational objectives.
Work in coordination with the marketing team to support the planning and implementation of large-scale campaigns, elevating brand impact and conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, data analysis, or a related field.
- Possession of 3+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, with a preference for a startup background.
- Proficiency in major advertising platforms, SEO, content marketing, social media management, and influencer collaborations.
- Experience in devising and executing creative online and offline events.
- Possession of a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics and Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities coupled with a focused execution and results-driven approach.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to pivot strategies in a dynamic environment.
