About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program is a focused initiative intended to provide early-career talent with hands-on exposure to the rapidly evolving Web3 landscape. Participants in the program will gain insights into Binance's operations and the inner workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to their primary responsibilities, individuals will engage in networking opportunities and skill development activities designed to enhance their professional connections and capabilities.
Eligibility
This program is open to current university students and recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce precise and timely financial reports, conduct financial forecasting, and analyze financial data for various markets
- Prepare monthly closing documentation including journal entries using designated systems
- Generate regulatory reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Engage in tax audits and independent audits regularly, ensuring compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain tax, legal, and financial compliance at both local and global levels
- Collaborate with stakeholders on license requirements for the exchange
- Implement regulatory reporting structures along with chart of accounts adjustments
- Oversee accurate recording of customer invoices and ensure timely issuance
- Facilitate communication with banks, auditors, regulators, and other relevant parties
- Coordinate with global teams on financial matters to achieve organizational objectives
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines
- Over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting within multinational corporations
- Prior background in crypto, financial markets, or audit practices is advantageous
- Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with e-invoice and e-ledger systems is a plus
- Strong risk assessment skills and ability to identify potential risks
- Analytical mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach and emphasis on teamwork
- Enthusiasm for crypto and financial services sectors
- Capable of managing multiple tasks in deadline-driven environments with high accuracy
- Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
