* Reporting to the Accounting Director within the Finance department, the following responsibilities are to be undertaken:
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable:
Reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders
Registering invoices
Compiling payment batches
Conducting lettering
Contributing to monthly and annual closings
Analyzing and overseeing accounts
Expense Reports:
Verifying expense reports
Handling the accounting and preparation of payments, along with lettering
Providing support with fee declarations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Degree (BTS, DUT, or equivalent)
- Proficient in Excel
- Possesses rigor and analytical capabilities
- Exhibits strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficient in English and French
- Experience with Netsuite is advantageous
