Challenge
We are searching for an Ad Operations Manager who can efficiently manage, optimize, and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns. In this role, you will be accountable for overseeing the entire process of advertising campaigns, from execution to optimization and delivery, ensuring operational excellence and successful outcomes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Account Managers, Creative Strategists, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to enhance campaign performance, streamline advertising workflows, and shape the evolution of the advertising platform.
Responsibilities
Implement, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns within the ad server, ensuring that campaign goals are met.
Work closely with Account Managers and Creative Strategists to align campaign execution with brand objectives.
Develop tools and operational processes for managing advertising inventory and enhancing campaign effectiveness.
Provide timely campaign reports to internal teams and external partners.
Design new reporting frameworks to showcase campaign performance and business value.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance advertising platform capabilities and identify opportunities for new advertising products.
Align with Finance to guarantee accurate media delivery reconciliation and revenue recognition.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and apply optimizations to maximize results.
Mandatory Skills
Demonstrated experience (3–6 years) in Ad Operations within a digital advertising platform, publisher, or ad technology company.
Thorough understanding of digital advertising platforms, campaign management, and ad delivery systems.
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple business functions like Sales, Account Management, Creative, Product, Engineering, and Finance.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting campaign performance data and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in working with short-form digital content and understanding how creative performance impacts campaign optimization.
Ability to merge creative insights with performance data to enhance campaign delivery strategies.
Familiarity with AI tools and automation (e.g., Codex or similar technologies).
Proficiency in creating reporting frameworks and performance dashboards.
Interest in advertising technology, product innovation, and operational process enhancement.
