** About the Role**:
We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM), tasked with overseeing and expanding long-standing relationships with key affiliates and channel partners on a global scale. Unlike traditional roles in acquisition and aggressive development, the ARM functions as a strategic partner manager responsible for delivering affiliate retention, revenue growth, stable relationships, and risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
- Stimulate affiliate performance growth in user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue generation.
- Monitor affiliate performance metrics to detect anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Address affiliate concerns with professionalism, including handling commission disputes, competitor interference, and operational challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams spanning Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
- Create and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate Return on Investment (ROI), trading patterns, and performance lifecycle to enhance overall system efficiency.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks including wash trading, arbitrage misuse, multi-accounting, and non-compliant traffic sources.
- Stay informed of competitor affiliate programs, commission models, and industry trends.
- Render support for affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship building.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
- Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or relevant financial sectors.
- Proficient in exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
- Previous exposure to Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership maintenance.
- Sound comprehension of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentives.

- Skill in navigating sensitive partner situations with grace and professionalism.
- Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting trading volume, retention rates, ROI, and trend analysis.

- Enhanced risk awareness concerning affiliate misuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading actions.
- Cross-cultural communication proficiency, preferably with experience in managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets.
