Affiliate Relationship Manager - MENA
We are in search of a seasoned professional to be an Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) responsible for nurturing and expanding enduring relationships with crucial affiliates and channel partners worldwide.
In this role, there is a focus on fostering existing relationships rather than aggressive business development. The ARM will function as a strategic partner manager, concentrating on affiliate retention, revenue growth, relationship sustainability, and risk oversight.
The perfect candidate should possess a deep understanding of the crypto/FX affiliate landscape, be highly relationship-focused, commercially aware, and adept at harmonizing growth with compliance and platform objectives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and uphold relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
Drive growth in affiliate performance including user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contribution.
Monitor affiliate performance metrics, identifying any anomalies, risks, or growth opportunities.
Address affiliate concerns professionally, including handling commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational issues.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
Develop and execute cooperative campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
Analyze affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to enhance overall ecosystem efficiency.
Detect and prevent potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
Stay informed about competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
Support affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and fostering long-term relationships.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
Previous involvement in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or similar financial sectors.
Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
Proficiency in affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.

Cross-cultural communication proficiency with a preference for managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets.
