Responsibilities

• KOL Management

• Proactively engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) like influencers and YouTubers to expand the affiliate network.

• Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and necessary paperwork for seamless integration of new affiliates.

• Maintain effective communication with affiliates to cultivate strong relationships.

• Analyze affiliate performance data and offer actionable recommendations for improved effectiveness.

• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to maximize return on investment.

• Generate reports using internal data to optimize affiliate channel performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to maintain market competitiveness.

• Community Management

• Engage with the South Asian community on various platforms to create an interactive atmosphere and support community inquiries.

• Organize online and offline community events such as meetups, workshops, webinars, etc.

• Collect and analyze community feedback to provide valuable insights for product development and marketing strategies.

• Monitor community growth, engagement, and sentiment using analytics tools for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams for cross-functional community initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in fintech, especially within the crypto space.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
• Previous experience in business development is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships within a diverse community.
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working with media, celebrities, influencers, or key partners.
• Proficiency in Urdu and English; knowledge of other languages is beneficial.
